Volunteer Spotlight: Maria Gonzalez's 10 Years of Service

This month we celebrate Maria Gonzalez, who has volunteered with Heart & Hope for a decade. As a cardiac arrest survivor herself, Maria has dedicated her life to helping others navigate their health journeys. She has organized over 200 community health events and trained 50 volunteer health educators.

"When I survived my heart attack, I made a promise to give back," Maria says. "Every person I help reminds me why this work matters."
